The transfer of the company\u2019s staff took place as part of a business restructuring decision inside the Group companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our participation started at the early beginning of the project as we thoroughly provided the client with the following assistance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide meticulous advice on the legal implications of the transfer including any employer\u2019s termination liability, end of service payments, settlement of annual leaves and employee\u2019s restrictive covenants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare a detailed transfer plan in close collaboration with the client\u2019s management team (corporate, financial, legal and HR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holding individual meetings with employees to explain the project, answer legal questions and sign transfer documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drafting and preparing the documents required for the transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Register and de-register the relevant companies in the Social Insurance System.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute the transfer from the transferor employer to the transferee and settling all outstanding payments and liabilities on both companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This task involved frequent daily visits and coordination with Social Insurance Offices across Egypt (i.e. in the cities of Cairo, Alexandria, Suez, Port-Said, Tanta, Damietta, Minia and Bani-Souif). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team in this project was headed by Partner <a href=\"https:\/\/riad-riad.com\/attorney\/dr-eman-riad\/\">Dr. Eman Riad<\/a> with other team members <a href=\"https:\/\/riad-riad.com\/attorney\/toaa\/\">Toaa Alaa<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/riad-riad.com\/attorney\/ahmed-magd\/\">Ahmed Magdy <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/riad-riad.com\/attorney\/mohamed-abdelmageed\/\">Mohamed Abdel-Magid<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R&amp;R has successfully completed transfer of the workforce of one of the world&#8217;s largest visa outsourcing and technology services companies in Egypt.
