- Advising and representing Al-Aseel, the Saudi clothes company in complex trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before Egyptian authorities and courts. We guide the client through the process of evaluating available options in an effort to resolve the matter in a way that is most beneficial to the client.
- Conducting legal due diligence on Chenyee (a Chinese company with a subsidiary in Egypt) selling mobile phones, Bluetooth, head-phones and other mobile accessories. The due diligence focused on the intellectual property licenses and trade-mark registrations and telecommunication licenses and approvals.
- Representing SADA Pack, a Lebanese company, in a successful challenge against the Egyptian Trademark Office at ITIDA (Information Technology Industry Development Agency) as it refused to register three trademarks for the Client. Our team has prepared and submitted the challenges to the grievances committee and succeeded to obtain its decision to register the three trademarks. Our team has also completed the registration procedures of these trademarks until the issuance of their registration certificates.
