Riad & Riad Advises Savills, the Global Property Experts

Riad & Riad (R&R) had the honor to advise and assist the global real estate advisor, Savills, in setting up its legal presence in Egypt. Last December, Savills announced plans to expand its presence in the MENA region by entering the Egyptian market.

Savills is an English real estate services provider specialized in real estate management, feasibility studies, valuation and marketing. Savills operates from more than 600 offices and has more than 35,000 employees in over 60 countries.

R&R has also advised Savills in its prominent joint venture with Egyptian company Sphere Property Management, handling the establishment of the JV company and drafting the shareholders agreement. As one of their first major instruction here in Egypt, Savills will take over responsibility for the management and marketing of the highly regarded mixed-use development, Arkan, in Sheikh Zayed City, West Cairo.

R&R team was led by partner, Dr. Eman Riad, who was supported by Senior Associate Aya Rashwan and Associate Mostafa Elsayed.
