Riad & Riad advises and represents Haier Electric on its joint venture with Raya to establish home appliances factory in Egypt

Riad & Riad has advised and represented Haier ­Group, the Chinese multinational home appliances and electric company on its joint venture with Raya Group for the establishment of home appliance manufacturing project in Egypt.

Riad & Riad team was led by our partners Mohamed Riad and Eman Riad with the assistance of senior associate Aya Rashwan and associates Heba El Abd and Mohamed Abdul-Aty.

Riad & Riad handled all needed legal matters starting from choosing the most suitable legal structure for the project, conducting legal due diligence, drafting the transaction agreements and establishing the project company.
