Toaa is an associate at the Energy and Projects team. She has vast experience in M&A, energy laws as well as the investment laws and regulations.
She advises clients on the renewable energy project in Egypt where she reviewed the power purchase agreement ("PPA") and all project agreements, liaised with all relevant electricity regulatory authorities for licensing and compliance matters as well as participating with the negotiation and review of the financing documents of the project until reaching financial closure.

She advises multinational clients on their arrangement with local partners, conduct legal due diligence in M&A transaction, draft shareholders agreement, as well as participating in the negotiation and review of joint venture companies and financing documents.

Toaa is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
