Experience
Mostafa has solid experience in corporate formation, regulatory and licensing compliance and governmental procedures. His experience expands over all business sectors including the industrial, oil & gas, agricultural and medical sectors. He handles clients’ compliance and procedural need at all governmental authorities including the General Authority for Investment and Fee Zones (GAFI), the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), the Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA), the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), the General Authority for Export and Import Control (GOEIC), the Industrial Development Authority (IDA), the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA), the Unified Purchase Authority (UPA), the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR), the Customs Authority, the Tax Authority and Notary Public Authority.
Mostafa is admitted at the Egyptian Bar Association since 2015.
