Mohamed is an Associate at the corporate team. He is experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions ‎transactions, joint ventures, and he has been involved in number of the major transactions in ‎Egypt. He assists clients in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements such as technology ‎transfer, share sale and purchase, shareholders agreements, service agreements, manufacturing, ‎franchising agreements and others. ‎

Mohamed has also vast experience in establishing all kinds of companies and advising on the ‎regulatory and compliance regulations and requirements in Egypt. He also prepares all documents ‎needed for duly convening board and shareholders meetings and handles all required procedures ‎up until their ratification by the competent authorities.‎

Before joining Riad & Riad, Mohamed was working at Crowell & Moring and Baker & McKenzie ‎offices in Egypt.‎
