Khaled is an Associate at the Corporate and M&A with experience in handling all corporate secretarial procedures and compliance regulations. He is specialized in drafting incorporation contracts and articles of association of companies, board of directors’ minutes of meetings, shareholders’ assembly meetings as well as handling their ratification by the competent authorities. Khaled handles the procedures for incorporating all kinds of companies, joint ventures and NGOs as well as issuing work permits to expats.
Khaled represents the clients before different governmental authorities including but not limited to the General Authority for Investment and Fee Zones (GAFI), the General Authority for Export and Import Control (GOEIC), and Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR).
