Heba is an Associate in the corporate and employment team; She has two years of experience in drafting ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies. Heba reviewed and drafted various types of employment and commercial contracts in addition to dealing with governmental authorities. Heba also conducted Legal Due diligences on different types of companies.

Heba participated in preparing and writing multiple articles and legal updates in relation to recent labor and employment law topics in Egypt.

Heba is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
