Mohamed is a member of the litigation team with an experience of more than six years in this field. Mohamed’s practice covers drafting legal memoranda, court notices and all other judicial documents. He has hands-on experience in handling enforcement procedures and attachment actions as well as all other judicial clerkship works before Civil, Labor, Administrative, Commercial and Economic Courts.

Mohamed also has experience in handling asset registration procedures before the notary public authority, in addition to the registration of trade marks.
